We have seating space for 67 upstairs 33 downstairs. Standing 134 upstairs and 66 downstairs for your party, wedding or just a gathering space to keep people out of your house. Downstairs features a kitchen and additional space.
**Tests for mold showed that the only mold present in the clubhouse is a low amount in the storage room. Likely on the old wood stored there...which will be removed asap!
